Man arrested after €250,000 cocaine seizure in Kinnegad

Gardaí in Co Westmeath have arrested a man in his 20s following a cocaine seizure in Kinnegad last night.

The drugs were found in the man's car after he was stopped while driving along the town's Main Street.

Gardaí say the amount seized had an estimated street value of €250,000.

The man arrested in connection with the seizure has also been charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
