Ahead of their much-anticipated appearance at Electric Picnic yesterday evening, Outkast hit Dublin town on Saturday night and went to... Coppers?
That's according to Karl Kilbride, who uploaded this photo to Facebook showing Big Boi and André 3000 posing for a pic outside the Harcourt Street nightclub, with the caption “So Outkast are in the queue for Coppers…”
Karl claims that the bouncers didn't recognise the Hey Ya singers and wouldn't let them skip the queue.
"Bouncers said "who...??? Nah they have to queue with everyone else".
And there were no reported sightings of them actually in Coppers. It would have been packed anyway after the match...
André 3000 spent some time in Dublin in 2012 while filming the Jimi Hendrix biopic "All By My Side" so maybe he developed a soft spot for the legendary Dublin club and wanted to show Big Boi?
