Well, we knew there was a property bubble but this is excessive.
A house was listed on MyHome.ie today as on sale for €42million.
Yikes.
The three-bed, end of terrace house is in the vilage of Cullen near Mallow and "is in need of refurbishment" so the asking price seemed a bit much even by Irish standards.
It seems somebody got a bit trigger-happy with the zeros and the house has since been reposted with the far lower price of €42,000 attached.
Which makes more sense but, in Ireland, you never know, do you?.
