Agencies report increase in available permanent jobs

The National Recruitment Federation claims there hasn't been a better time in the past two years to look for a new job.

Agencies are reporting an increase in the number of permanent jobs that are currently coming on the market.

It follows a major slump in the recruitment business in 2009.

More employees are now prepared to move jobs, and there's evidence of on-going recruitment across a range of sectors of the economy.

Frank Collins, the president of the National Recruitment Federation, has said there are jobs out there for experienced and qualified people.
