A protest rally is underway in Dublin calling for an end to the violence in Gaza.

More than 3,000 people marched from the Spire on O'Connell Street to the Israeli Embassy.

Demonstrators are now hearing from Palestinian and Irish speakers at a stage constructed outside the embassy grounds.

The Ireland-Palestine solidarity campaign is calling for an end to the conflict in Gaza, but they also asking Irish people to play their part by boycotting Israeli produce in local supermarkets.
