Three people have been arrested after drugs seizures in Dublin.

A house at Rutland Cottages in the north inner city was searched and around 4,000 tablets were seized, including unauthorised medicines and controlled drugs.

A 35-year-old man and 39-year-old woman were detained at the premises.

A second address was searched at nearby Summerhill Place and a quantity of controlled substances were seized.

A woman, aged 44, was arrested there.

All three people arrested are being detained at Store Street Garda station.
