Garda arrested for suspected drink driving
A serving garda has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving, the force confirmed today.
The officer was stopped last night in the Galway area of the country.
“The case is being processed and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions,” said a Garda spokesman.
