Ryanair loses injunction application against Aer Rianta
The High Court has turned down an application by Ryanair for an injunction against Aer Rianta at Dublin Airport.
The airline had taken the action in a row over ground handling charges at the airport.
The airport has also been awarded costs, with Aer Rianta insisting that the body is only implementing EU directives.
