Wanted band tipped for 'X Factor' glory

A band put together by The Wanted's management are being tipped to win 'The X Factor'.

Trio GMD3 - comprising Greg West, 17, Michael Parsons, 17, and 19-year-old Dan Ferrari-Lane - are managed by Jayne Collins, who also created The Saturdays, and wowed the judging panel of the show when they auditioned recently.

Gary Barlow told them: "You're one of the best we've seen."

It seems this could be a successful year for boy bands on 'The X Factor' this year as another all-male act, JukeBoxx, has already dazzled the judges during their audition.

One audience member said: "Everyone was impressed, the crowd were on their feet. They sang original songs and had great choreography. They could win this."

Another added: "They were the stand-out act."

However, JukeBoxx are managed by the Spice Girls creator Chris Edwards, who was recently dropped from 'The X Factor' as a consultant because of his alleged involvement in the distribution of judge Tulisa Contostavlos' sex tape.

A source said: "The news JukeBoxx are managed by Chris will mortify Tulisa, who is furious with him.

"It is fair to say there is no love lost between Tulisa and Chris. She won't be happy at the news he still has involvement with the show.
