An information booklet on how to cope with being a first-time father is being launched today.

An information booklet on how to cope with being a first-time father is being launched today.

The "Just for Dads" booklet, published to coincide with Father's Day, gives advice on playing with and disciplining young children.

Clinical psychologist David Coleman is the author and has advised that the most important thing a new dad can do is make sure he spends every spare minute with his new child.
