Two fishermen rescued off Mayo coast

Two fishermen have been rescued after spending more than 10 hours adrift off the Co Mayo coast.

Two fishermen have been rescued after spending more than 10 hours adrift off the Co Mayo coast.

A search operation began when the men failed to return to Port Erlin last night.

The pair were located by the Sligo coastguard, in a life raft north west of Downpatrick Head shortly after midnight.
