Christian Dailly completed his £1.75m move to West Ham this morning - then blasted Blackburn boss Graeme Souness.
The Scottish international defender claimed he was frozen out at Ewood Park because Souness wanted him off the wage bill.
Dailly said he was "angry and upset" about what happened at Blackburn.
"I think when Graeme Souness came in, it was always the case that I was going to be one of those he wanted to get off the wage bill.
"But that made me train twice as hard so that if ever I was called upon I would be ready. I'm confident there has not been a problem with my ability."
