Glen of the Downs body removed for post mortem

The body of a man, which was discovered in the Glen of the Downs yesterday, has been removed for a post mortem.

The body of a man, which was discovered in the Glen of the Downs yesterday, has been removed for a post mortem.

The State Pathologist, Dr Marie Cassidy, carried out a preliminary examination at the scene in Co Wicklow before the remains were removed to Dublin City Morgue.

The badly-decomposed body was found by a man walking his dog.

It is believed it was found in a stream that goes through a wood.
