Flood Tribunal: High Court order threat postponed

The Flood Tribunal has postponed until tomorrow the threat of a High Court order to obtain documents from builder Tom Brennan.

The Flood Tribunal has postponed until tomorrow the threat of a High Court order to obtain documents from builder Tom Brennan.

The tribunal had told Mr Brennan he had until today to hand over the documents but heard today that fog had prevented him from flying to the Isle of Man to access the files.

Mr Brennan said the documents had been sent on from the Isle of Man.
