The Government is due to launch an information campaign today aimed at educating the public about the workings of the European Union.

The Government is due to launch an information campaign today aimed at educating the public about the workings of the European Union.

The launch coincides with Europe Day, which marks the first steps towards a unified Europe taken by France and Germany in 1950.
