An application for the two Dublin men who claim they are being detained illegally by the State was adjourned today after their legal team refused to be searched before entering the court.

After two hours of negotiations Judge Henry Abbot asked if they would return tomorrow when it is hoped they could find a way to get around this bizarre stand-off.
