Free Caribbean holidays are being offered to America's rescue workers.

The island nation of St Kitts and Nevis says firefighters, rescue workers and police involved in the New York and Washington search effort can stay as guests for a week.

Prime Minister Denzil Douglas has saluted their "super-human efforts".
