Leinster, Ulster paired in Celtic Cup quarters

Leinster and Ulster have been paired together in the inaugural Celtic Cup quarter-finals, to be played on October 3 and 4.

Munster and Connacht will both have to cross the Irish sea. Alan Gaffney’s troops will face Glasgow and Michael Bradley’s squad will have to dig deep to fend off the credentials of the Llanelli Scarlets at Stradey Park.

CELTIC CUP QUARTER FINALS:

Friday October 3: Ulster v Leinster (Ravenhill, TBC, 7:30pm), Llanelli Scarlets v Connacht (Stradey Park, 7:30), Glasgow Rugby v Munster (Hughenden 7:05).

Saturday October 4: Edinburgh Rugby v Cardiff Blues (5:30).
