Europe approves funds for NI peace process

The European Parliament has approved funding of over €60m to help the Northern Irish peace process.

The European Parliament has approved funding of over €60m to help the Northern Irish peace process.

This is the latest extension of the International Fund for Ireland, established in 1986.

MEPs approved the funding today.
