Hayes: Some reforms have been slow
The Taoiseach Enda Kenny is preparing to address the nation on live TV tonight to mark the end of the IMF bailout.
From now on, Ireland will have to rely on borrowing from the bond markets alone.
The IMF has been critical of the Government's failure to address health and legal reform.
Howver, Junior Finance Minister Brian Hayes says major progress has been made.
Mr Hayes said: "Over 270 specific actions under the memorandum of understanding with the Troika have occurred, and yes some of them have been slow.
"Some of it has needed to be speeded up a bit, we haven't got everything right, but a great, great majority of the actions have occurred."
