At least 18 people were killed in Indonesia when a bus veered off a busy highway and into a ravine.

The accident happened near the city of Bandung, about 80 miles southeast of Jakarta.

Ther are fears the death toll could rise.

At least 69 people were on board, and 17 people are being treated at four hospitals.

Witnesses claim the bus left the road as it tried to avoid a motorcycle.
