The Central Criminal Court trial of Dublin man on charges of sexually abusing a young girl in the city more than 20 years ago continues in legal argument today.
The 58-year-old accused has pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault on dates between September and December 1983 and two counts of rape on dates between May 1984 and February 1988 against the girl while she was aged between six and eleven years old.
Mr Justice Daniel Herbert asked the jury of five men and seven women to return tomorrow.
