Rugby: Schoolboys exact revenge for Munster defeat

The Irish schoolboys extracted a measure of revenge from the Munster defeat

Ireland 6, France 3

The Irish schoolboys extracted a measure of revenge from the Munster defeat

with a narrow win over France at the Galway sportsgrounds.

A game with a high error count boiled down to a battle of the kickers.

Out-half David McAllister came up trumps for the home side when he landed a

difficult effort two minutes from time.

McAllister had put Ireland in front in the 16th minute but Benoit Baby

equalised for France four minutes later.
