Tension is rising in north Belfast after a Parades Commission ruling that an Apprentice Boys march can use a road near the nationalist Ardoyne district.

The Apprentice Boys have been granted permission to march down the Crumlin Road on Monday, skirting the Ardoyne area, although hangers-on have been told to stay away.

Sinn Fein says the decision is an outrage and will damage community relations, asking for an immediate meeting with the Parades Commission to demand they reverse their ruling.
