Over a million signatures are needed for a Europe-wide campaign to change governments' attitudes towards disability.

The One-Million-For-Disability campaign has been stepped up around the country as Ireland tries to reach its quota of names.

One of the MEPs pushing for change is Mary-Lou McDonald.

She says Ireland is not alone in its failure to deal with discrimination in the area.
