Dublin City Councillors are congratulating reps for the Smithfield Horse Owners Association.

Councillors happy with bye laws drafted for Smithfield fair

Dublin City Councillors are congratulating reps for the Smithfield Horse Owners Association.

They have agreed to draft bye laws drawn up to regulate the market.

It is in response to violence which broke out in March of last year.

The fair will now only be held twice a year and traders will have to submit their PPS numbers.
