In the UK, Great Train Robber Ronnie Biggs is to launch an appeal against his 28 year prison sentence.

In the UK, Great Train Robber Ronnie Biggs is to launch an appeal against his 28 year prison sentence.

Biggs escaped Wandsworth prison in 1965 having served 15 months of his sentence.

He is currently being held at Belmarsh prison in south-east London.
