Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish made one enforced change for the home Barclays Premier League derby with Wolves.
Right-back Luke Young, who held talks with QPR yesterday after the two clubs agreed a fee, was ruled out with a knee problem suffered against Blackburn last weekend and replaced by Chris Herd.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy named an unchanged side for the third successive league game although striker Sam Vokes replaced the injured Sylvan Ebanks-Blake amongst the substitutes.
