Today marks what would have been the 62nd birthday of the late Irish music legend Phil Lynott who died 25 years ago at the age of 36.

Today marks what would have been the 62nd birthday of the late Irish music legend Phil Lynott who died 25 years ago at the age of 36.

The Irish musician achieved world fame as frontman of the rock band Thin Lizzy.

He died in 1986 after struggling with drug and alcohol dependency.
