British police have carried out several controlled explosions at a farm in West Yorkshire as part of a national anti-terrorist operation.

This development comes after six men were arrested yesterday in connection with the Real IRA’s bombing campaign in Britain.

Detectives in London are still holding the six men, one of whom is from Ireland.

All six were arrested in connection with eight bombings dating back to June last year, including attacks on the BBC and MI5.
