Up to 400 jobs could be lost at the Heinz plant in Dundalk as part of the company's European business plan review.

Up to 400 jobs could be lost at the Heinz plant in Dundalk as part of the company's European business plan review.

The plant is involved in the production of Weight Watchers frozen ready-meals.

Heinz said that they will consider all options in relation to the divisions of its business.

This news follows a restructuring of the company's US business which saw the company sell off several of its divisions.
