Search continues in Waterford for missing man

A search operation is expected to resume in Waterford today for a man who entered the river at Wrights bridge in the city.

A search operation is expected to resume in Waterford today for a man who entered the river at Wrights bridge in the city.

The man was seen going into the water at around half past one this morning.

The Coastguard helicopter, Fethard lifeboat and the Dunmore East coastguard unit were involved a search of the area, which was called off just before half four this morning.
