The Minister for Transport Leo Varadkar has said he is not aware of any bad feeling among the Coalition partners.
It follows reports that the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore has drawn up his own list of sites for the new Children's Hospital, even though the Health Minister James Reilly is set to recommend a site in a few weeks time.
The report on the new hospital is ready, but it has not been brought to Cabinet yet.
Minister Varadkar said the issue is not causing a division in Government.
He said: "It is not something I am aware of. As far as I understand it, the Taoiseach, the Tánaiste and Minister Reilly are due to meet to discuss the report and then the minister will make his recommendation to Cabinet.
"I am not aware of any ill feeling between the parties, there has been no discussion in the Cabinet yet."
