The ISEQ index of Irish shares was up this morning, climbing 40.67 points to 9407.43.
Blackrock experienced no change despite announcing that it has exchanged contracts to purchase an office and warehouse facility in Milton Keynes in the UK for a total outlay, including costs, of €12.25m
The facility comprises two separate buildings on a six acre site strategically located just north east of Milton Keynes, adjacent to the M1 Motorway, with easy access to the M6, M25 and M40.
The financial houses were all on the up. AIB grew €0.06 to €20.55 while Anglo were up €0.10 to €15.10.
IL&P climbed €0.22 to €19.02 while Bank of Ireland was up €0.07 to €15.24.
