Allied Irish Bank shares were down .18 per share to €11.84 in trading today, after the bank admitted yesterday that several senior executives had breached tax laws by putting money into offshore accounts run by its investment arm.
Other financial movers included Anglo Irish Bank, also down .18 to €13.08 and Bank of Ireland, down .08 to €10.02.
Building materials group CRH was up .07 to €17.45 while Eland also moved up, by .29 to €18.89.
