The Basque separatist group ETA has released a video announcing a ceasefire.

The Basque separatist group ETA has released a video announcing a ceasefire.

In the clip released to Basque TV, members of the group say they want to hold talks on independence with the Spanish government.

ETA has been responsible for the deaths of around 850 people.
