US Secretary of State Colin Powell said tonight a tape released today was probably an authentic recording of the al-Qaida leader.

US Secretary of State Colin Powell said tonight a tape released today was probably an authentic recording of the al-Qaida leader.

Powell told Polish public television: “The information I have suggests that it is Osama bin Laden.”

He added: “This is a time for all of us to be ever more resolute and say to Osama bin Laden ’No, we will not listen to any of these demands. You are the one who is wrong. You are the one who must be brought to justice’.”
