Man charged with terror offences

A 68-year-old man arrested in west Belfast yesterday has been charged with terrorist offences.

A 68-year-old man arrested in west Belfast yesterday has been charged with terrorist offences.

He faces four charges involving explosives substances, having firearms and ammunition with the intent to endanger life and possession of items for terrorism.

He will appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court in the morning.

The arrest was made by police investigating dissident republicans.
