Gardaí claim to have dealt a major blow to one of the biggest drug-dealing operations in the State.

Two men were arrested yesterday following a €1.7m cannabis seizure in west Cork and Cork city.

This followed a cocaine and cannabis seizure near Ballinhassig in west Cork on Wednesday night.
