Irish naval ship to join search for missing family

An Irish naval ship is leaving Cork this morning to join the search off the Co Down coast for the three generations of one family who are now believed to have drowned.

An Irish naval ship is leaving Cork this morning to join the search off the Co Down coast for the three generations of one family who are now believed to have drowned.

Michael Greene, 54, his son, 32, and his eight-year old grandson have been missing since last Thursday when they left Kilkeel for a fishing expedition.

The naval ship will arrive at the scene of the search tomorrow morning.
