A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Latvian man in Co Tipperary eight months ago.

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Latvian man in Co Tipperary eight months ago.

Renars Tuleiko was killed in Thurles between the April 13 and 15 this year.

The man being held in connection with the incident was taken into custody this morning and is being held at Thurles garda station for questioning.
