Close of Parthus and Ceva merger tomorrow
Parthus and Ceva said today that their merger is expected to take place tomorrow.
The ordinary shares and ADSs of Parthus will cease trading at the close of business today on the London Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
The parties expect that the common stock of the combined company, to be called ParthusCeva, will begin trading tomorrow.
