Sensational Fitzgerald return expected
Former Footballer of the Year Maurice Fitzgerald is believed to be close to a sensational return to action with the Kingdom.
It was reported recently that the St Mary's club-man is keen to rejoin the squad he left in 2001.
And boss Paidi O Se is reported to have said today: "He is, in my opinion, the best footballer to ever grace Croke Park. I would welcome him - and so would all the panel - back onto the Kerry team."
