The council of Europe is expressing serious concern over the last two nights of rioting in the North.

The council of Europe is expressing serious concern over the last two nights of rioting in the North.

The Secretary General of the council has urged all political parties to try to find a way of breaking the stalemate in the peace process.

General Harold Zwimmer asked the people of Northern Ireland to stop the violence.
