The freak accident involving a milk tanker has led to two people being taken to hospital. The driver and a nearby pedestrian in the incident are thought not to be seriously injured.

The building was completely demolished.

A major operation is underway for the emergency services to make safe the nearby dangerous surface on the main road. Gardai are now warning drivers to be careful on the main stretch of road in Borrisokane.
