A powerful and highly-rated account of the assassination of Senator Robert Kennedy in l968, though one not without its flaws.
Estevez, who wrote the screenplay, does his best with the basics of the story but then throws in too many plot distractions – and a list of star walk-ons – to concentrate the mind.
There remains to be made, for all the worthy effort put into this film, a much better account of the death of the President’s little brother. But we might give Estevez’s effort a passing glance.
