DPP to get file on alleged sex assault in Killarney

Gardaí have sent a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions following an alleged sexual assault in a hotel in Killarney last Wednesday.

A man was arrested on Thursday in connection with the incident, but was later released without charge pending instructions from the DPP.
