Meet the tweeting bra

A bra which tweets every time it is unclasped has been released to raise awareness of breast cancer.

The undergarment, which has been created by Greek agency OgilvyOne Athens, contains a Bluetooth unit which has been sewn into the straps so that each time the lingerie is released it will send a message out from the account @tweetingbra.

The message is in Greek but translates to mean: to: “Don't forget to check your breasts women #tweetingbra.”

Greek star Maria Bakodimou will wear the bra for two weeks to help raise awareness.

She said: “Each time I unhook it, the bra automatically sends a tweet, reminding women of their breast self exam.

“Our mission? To deliver the life-saving message to everyone!”
