James Hook inspired Ospreys to a win over Llanelli by scoring all 19 points at Stradey Park today.

The Wales number 10 scored a try, three penalties, a drop goal and a conversion to keep Ospreys in the hunt in the Magners League.

Llanelli’s only reply came from the boot of Stephen Jones who kicked two penalties.
