Death of woman in Athlone under investigation
Gardai in Co Westmeath are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman earlier this morning.
The woman, who was in her forties, died at her home at Drumraney in Athlone.
The house has been sealed off and the State Pathologist has been notified.
A team of garda technical experts will examine the scene later this morning.
